F For ready to wear brand clothing please allow up to 48 hours for your order to process. After your payment is cleared you will receive your order within 2-3 business days and receive tracking number within 24-hours.

​Purchasing a custom made garment means you are purchasing a made to order garment. Custom garments typically can take up to 3-8 weeks depending on requested garment and current demand time.

 We are unable to cancel custom made to order garments. Because products are custom weaved together with fringe to create your desired look. You can reach out to our customers service email for more.

DajiaVu clothing brand gladly offers store credit on ready to wear brand products only, with everything attached, no sight of worn, tear, or odor. If we detach an item is worn we will deny exchange request and packages will be returned back to you. Products should be shipped backed to us within 7 days of item purchased for exchange request to be confirmed. We do not offer refunds or issue out return labels. Tapestry Orders

All Tapestry orders must be paid in full before undergoing production. A confirmation email/dm  will be sent out to confirm your mock up before undergoing construction. Once your mock up is confirmed your blanket will be ordered. Please be aware custom tapestry products are made from a blanket. All blankets a weaved with fringe, pre washed and dried then shipped to me.It takes about 5-7 days to be weaved and shipped to me and once I receive your blanket production starts. Production takes 1-3 business days depending on the status of your order.
